Thanks Clarkey and Bomber, My Overland CRD is due in two weeks and will have the all season tyres. I have always been a fan of BFG ATs but don't now how they would go on a GC as they are more like a L/truck tyre than a performance road tyre, on my current L/R Discovery they are excellent.

I suspect my use is similar to you techscholar..

I have Cooper AT3 on standard 18" on my Larado GC. I was just looking for that extra margin of safety off road.

I've done about 9000k now and they perform really well. Did a trip of 3000k's through Victoria and they are quiet on the highway and have acceptable grip in the wet. No problems.

I've done a few dirt tracks - nothing extreme but the Coopers have been fine. I'm going up to Barrington in July but again it will just be dirt roads. I havn't had them on the beach yet (no recovery hooks!) but I don't expect any issues.

I'm happy with them.

That's not my jeep it is off the US forum it is the look i am aiming for.
Pretty sure rims are 18x9 and the tyres are 275/65/18 will need a 2 inch lift to fit.
I like the look of the pro comp 7032 rims but to get in Perth they are about $400 a rim i'm looking into the cost of buying from the states.

Default Cooper Zeon LTZ 285/50R20

Already posted this information on another thread, but will repeat it here as I think that it may help. Recently changed out my Kumho Solus KL21 265/50R20s with Cooper Zeon LTZ 285/50R20s. Attached some pics to show them on my GC Limited 5.7Hemi with QuadraLift. Tyres clear on all height level settings. The Coopers are suprisingly quiet on the road with plenty of grip in the recent heavy rains. Good also on gravel and light 4wd work. Yet to test them out on anything serious, but the lack of side wall with the 20s will determine where I can go - not the tyres.
