No tyre carrier, but I do have tail light assemblies. $50+postage, and it will come with a free drivers side assembly.

I have some stock rims without any shoes, and I have some 15" aftermarket rims with Maxxis bighorns. The tyres are shot and are probably close to being considered unroadworthy. The wheels are 8" wide, 3.5" backspacing. Stockies (x5) can be had for beer, I can let the aftermarket rims with tyres (x5) go for $100 total.
