Unhappy JK CRD - Crank no Start - Help Please

Hi Jeep Experts...
I went and bought another Jeep Wrangler! As non Runner...(Misses Hates me)

2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited CRD Man - with Stop/Start
Cranking but no Start and I cannot find out why - please help
I have checked the following already:
-Cracked one of the bolts on the Common rail defiantly getting fuel
-Checked all the fuses all Good
-Checked all the Connected around the engine bay - all good
Scanned it for codes and this is what i found:
U113E - Relates to IBS sensor(on battery) Replaced Sensor - No Change - checked wirings leading to sensor - all good Cleared code - came back again
U0298 & U0299 both relate to Comms lost with DC to DC Converter Control Module A & B...
B1630,B162C,B1638,B1634 all relates to Left and right High Beam and Low Beam Control Circuit - Jeep is fitted with aftermarket Headlights - Can this be an issue
C0077 Low Tire Pressure
B210D Lower Battery Voltage to PCM - But running a new battery
B210A Lower Battery Voltage to WIN

What I found today is that the Earth Strap from the Crack case to the Firewall is off - Can it be an earth issue? Would this stop it from Starting?
I am pretty sure there is a wire-off somewhere. Earth Issues... However, would an earth issue stop it from starting? Has anybody else had this issues?

Don't even know where to go from here

PS: My scanner is an ODBII Scanner with Garage Pro...

Thank you all in advance

Check out my Ride(s)
Default Check this

I had same problem with cranking but not starting on my 2008 JK CRD. But it would start if I bump started it (it is a manual).
Found out it was the injectors that were shot. I had around 200k kms on the clock. Took it to a Bosch workshop and $3000 later it was starting as normal.
The injectors are not cheap but figured worth getting the genuine article for peace of mind.
