The climate control system is pretty obvious as far as how it works - ie. when cabin temp is higher than set then you get cold air and when it's lower then you get hot air... - but the temperature of air from the vents when it's trying to heat (and the engine is warmed up) is scorching hot!! - we end up sweating by the time the system decides the cabin has warmed enough to cycle the heat off.
Does anyone else have that issue?
I'm waiting for more owner / vehicle interaction to happen worldwide (especially in the US where average people mess with their cars more) - to hopefully endup with this issue being raised - or alternatively for workshop manuals to become available (I cant help wondering if there's "Hot Climate" and "Warm Climate" positions on the heater tap or something like that - there's similar settings in aircraft airconditioning systems - ie. winter and summer settings for mixer valve base settings).
It's been working very smoothly in the last couple of months, even on mornings with 3C outside. Ours is just left on auto setting, and works very well for front and back seats.
I've not had any issue with mine - I usually just leave it in auto and temperature regulation seems pretty good - though obviously impacted by how sunny it is/outside temp/etc. It may be a dumb question, but if you get too hot, does turning the temperature down not bring it under control?

That reminds me, ours is set for 22C inside. I don't like it any hotter or cooler than that in a car. OP may have set it up much higher than that. Hence scolding hot air.
To be clear, the OVERALL CABIN TEMP control is fine - what I'm saying is that when the system is trying to warm the cabin - even slightly - the temperature of the air actually coming out of the vents is VERY hot - so if any vents are directed at or near you, the localised temp gets uncomfortable for a little while. Not talking for very long - but long enough to be uncomfortable.
I'll check whether its on Auto - my wife usually drives it - more or less her car (cry) - I don't drive it often and when I do I never think to mess with it before I'm under way or once I've stopped - and as passenger I get told off if I even look like going anywhere near the screen.
The temp setting we use is indeed 22 degrees also.
