Yeah, blew the valve off the tyre doing the 4th crossing of the day on the Mcleay river here in northern NSW.
I tried to drive out, but the blown tyre meant I had no traction. Got swept 10 meters down stream to a deeper part of the river.
Took over 1 hour for our friends to get his 80 series hooked on....was too many trees around and the river was fast flowing at that area.
She idled for about 30min then just slowly died.
Had water in the oil when we got her out.
Tried to get it started over 2 weeks....let it dry, changed oil, etc, but no go.
Took to insurance and they are writing her off
