OK....finally got the payment through. Had troubles getting the payout figure from the bank for the loan.
Anyway, insurance was with Youi. They've been really good!
They said because it was a Jeep, it was designed to go offroad, so they covered it.

Be careful taking off any accessories that you had listed as an extra on the insurance.....they'll expect to see what they've paid out on when they take possession.

Nah....we had to leave everything on it. I could take the seat covers, but that's about all. If I didn't have the extras listed, then I imagine it wouldn't be a problem.
I did forget to get the d rings off bull bar though! Bugga!

Exactly, it's theinsurance company's property and taking anything off is theft.

Agree. You could try to buy it back and salvage/sell what's working or put on the replacement.
