Looks like my AEV caster correction brackets. It is used to correct the caster after a lift of 2" or more & prevents a steering shimmy that can be so severe you think you have DW.
It may just be the angle of the photo, but where is your upper control arm? That rod coming from the top bolt on the bracket in my photo.
