I took Danny to VCAT, and lost badly (read nothing in my favour) because the fat, boof headed prick lied his arse off, produced fake build sheets and con notes.
I'm pretty sure if the same Majestrate was hearing the case, Danny would not have wanted to be there. You can bullshit once, but try doing it twice in the same court room and he'd look pretty stupid.
Good luck with getting any goods or money from SOLID, From what I know and I've heard.... Danny doesn't have much respect for court orders or doing the right thing.
