As no-one replied and I had to measure to make my brackets, here are the measurements for the roof curvature:

Default installed, but issue?

OK, Tray is on, but I think I have an issue? I didn't factor in the curvature of the roof LEFT to RIGHT, only Front to Back! The middle cross bar hits the roof!

Brackets I made:

Where the middle cross bar touches the roof in the very centre, as the roof is VERY curved Left to Right, and the middle bar is around 6-8mm lower than the front and rear bars:

Still got Axe and MaxTrax to make mounts for, (that's why the bars extend out past the tray, to take the MaxTracks mounts), but otherwise:

Default Awning off RoofRack

And the awning out....
Think I'm going to mod up different brackets. Not very happy with the standard ones. Needs the cross bars too far out from the tray. I think I can make better. Might even put RivNuts into the tray rails itself to bolt the awning brackets to, then cut the cross bars a bit shorter? But hey, it's on adn usable for next weekend's trip to Oberon, Wyangla, etc.... doing bike support.

Looks very nice to me. Probably better to install some spacers so the tray clears the roof otherwise with vibration the paint will wear down. The shortest Rhino brackets clear the roof just enough to be of no concern, luckily a local dealer let me test with some old stock to check fitment before purchase. Although I do like how close to the roof it sits with your shorter metal brackets. Are they custom from scratch or modified?

Brackets are full custom from 50mm x 3mm Galvanised Square Hollow Section, finished in Dulux MetalShield Satin Black.
(Which is why it's easy for me to make new feet, 10mm higher.)
For Rhino Feet I was looking at @$360. (3x RLTP@$109.00ea + 2x 10mm Spacers @$15ea)
Metal section (1mtr min purchase @$16, only needed 500mm), Stainless bolts, washers, $13 paint, TOTAL: $59.
Yes, it probably took me a day, but I'm not working at the moment, so no pay to compare against on a cost/time comparison.
(I have time & all the tooling to make the brackets, I don't have $$$.)

After looking over everything, this would be the measurements I would use if I started from scratch again:
