Default Keep or Trade

I have a dilemna:

Please help,I have a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee with mostly electronic problems?I love this car and the company I work for pays for the fuel, however I feel a little guilty with the V8.

All advice is appreciated!

1.Left hand side dual climate control does not operate
2.Rear tailgate will not unlock -just squeels
3.Heated seats do not work
4.I need new shockers and tyres -any suggestions for best town ride, handling
or
5.Should I just trade it in and get the new diesel.....................

Thanks

new diesel would be great!
otherwise the only really major problem would be the climate control

every one has the climate control issue and theheated seat issue ,you just learn to live with them ,the rear door is a new one to me ,could mean taking the inner skin off and having a look while you activate it. shocks and tyres depend on what u want to do with it mostly on road or a combo of on & off .dont be guilty about the v8 they get better economy than some opposition v6s and nothing replicates the sound of a v8 in anger or power on tap.

I am biased aqnd would say get the new diesel, they are great. But in hindsight I also miss my previous Grand ZJ.

Its what ever makes you happy and you get the enjoyment from.

Sorry no real help.
