Is the big Victorian road trip to the Jambo still a goer? We have had a pretty good showing from NSW, QLD and ACT so far but only a few entries from VIC. C'mon Mexicans - jambo wont be the same without you!

p.s. Porters may now be closed but there are still a couple of great tracks for you guys to try out around Sydney while you're here.

Essentially, the dates are not good for Victorians, apart from other issues. Last weekend of school hols which means we don't have time to drive home ;)
You may get some later entries from down here closer to the date. (much closer depending on roster)
Not a good time of year to have a major event timed for just one state. Easter is better as it's current over all states.

Sure you will have a monster event and all should come along/ register/ support/ the event as best as can.....

School holidays were always going to be a problem with NSW, ACT, SA & WA having their holidays from 28 Sep - 13 Oct and VIC, QLD and NT school holidays finishing on 06 Oct. With the Jambo weekend also lining up with the NSW/ACT long weekend we really had no choice but the dates chosen to allow us to set up beforehand and clean up after the event. Still, we are looking forward to seeing as many people as can make it for a top event! Cheers all, Mark.

I suggest you email the webmaster direct regarding a listing for the Jeep Owners Jamboree.

I understand the club message board is closing as well so that forum will not be an option.

best regards

Actually Ross I have emailed the webmaster a few times...
Firstly requesting reciprocal links with the SJC site (we link to them).
Secondly regarding the Jambo.
Nadda on either front....

To put this as delicatly as I can, keep trying.
The site is going to lose the message board soon. Think it's something to do with posting a "non club" trip invitation there. Seems the club insurance suppliers are getting a bit funny about posting non club trips.

I've been a naughty boy it seems.

and I've donated a rats ring to a local charity. :D
