It's a manual 6-speed, with 39,000km's on the clock. I've already done as you suggested, can't see any local ads (Brisbane), but from what I've seen so far - average sell is $35k.

I haven't put up a proper ad as yet with all the details, as I wanted to gather some feedback first. Thanks for being the first JKohn!

Paul, yours is a nicely modded JK, I doubt that you'll have any trouble getting 32-34K for it.

It's a big loss on what it owes you, but in reality, all new cars lose the most value in the first three years.

Congrats on the upcoming wedding too

Sad news Paul as I was going to see if you wanted to go for a wheel? Oh well things change and I hope you get what you want for it.

It is criminal what trade prices are and yours is a nice rig, someone would want a 4dr rubi at a good frice for above the $30K mark.

Well it's official, made a deal with a different dealership who really helped me out, and am tradinkg in my JK. I've made a major jump/shift in vehicles as my circumstances and requirement have changed. I will miss the Rubicon however will not have difficulties in the space and luxury of my new car.

Thanks to all of you who have helped me out with the JK and wheeling in general. Some point in the future I will definitely look into another second hand jeep for more difficult terrain. For now I will settle for the long touring/road trips. All the best guys, most likely I'll still venture into here when I get bored!!

I have bought a new 150 series Prado (kakadu) with all the mod cons! Very nce, and easy to drive. On paper the rubicon was traded in at market value ($27k). In reality the dealership made me a deal discounting me well over $10k so naturally I'm very happy.

Sold it as is, all accessories included. Most likely jeep will buy it so look out for it if you're a local (Brisbane).

A mighty tourer the playdo is Paul and you'll all feel nice and comfy inside much more refined than than JK(mind the JK is a lot cheaper). Though you might wish you still had the Rubi when the going gets really tough in low range. Anyway hope you enjoy it and i'll see if i can spot it at train station(Had little trouble spotting the Rubi).
