WK2 2013 head unit update.

I'll let you know if my 2012 heated wheel works when it rocks up, maybe it's just the 2014 and above that has the issue, surely it's and easy software fix. I've read onmmany forums that they are quite keen to make everyone happy and have everything working for all possible cars

as the dash board display and head unit are different in the 2012 versus 2014
i would imagine most things will work on the 2012.
If anyone has installed the unit in a 2014 up be interested to hear

Mine is a 2015 so will let you know.

Will be replacing the reverse camera, adding another to my camper and adding the dash cam.

Mine is the limited so I’m very keen on keeping my original options - heated seats and steering wheel, 9 speaker stereo etc. plus hoping to use my existing reverse camera on my bull bar.

It’s in its way and I was told that the latest firmware unlocks wireless apple car play. Very happy with this, that sold me on this unit.

From what I've read all of the units are similar, however Teyes seem to have the better quality control and software, plus able to fix bugs etc.

Any feedback on teyes unit compatibility with Alpine 9 speaker system.

Apparently the Teyes unit now supports Apple carplay and android auto, there was a major softwar update last week.
