It's NOWHERE near 80kegs. I can't lift that much.

But it is bloody strong. I'll wager that the bolts will fail before it does.

Update:

Been working on this project on and off for the last week or so. got the holes finally lined up, and the spacers tacked on.

I was cutting out the fairlead when I had a scare, namely the ctting disc bit into the steel, the grinder jumped and took some skin off my knuckles. Considering I was then out of discs, I secured for the day.

Still to be done:
clean up and redo some welding
Bolts
cut out the fairlead hole
cut off the angles to the sides
general clean up

Hey guys,

It's still not finished, like Itchy said, I'll be cutting off some of the boxiness, I just had to get more discs, and find some time (tomorrow maybe) to do it.

Re the gloves: I tried them, however I couldn't feel how the grinder was biting into the steel, I was worried I'd kill more discs. I was wearing Eye and ear protection, and am damn glad I was. Gloves and more caution next time.
