I heard a story Youtube was closing up shop. Apparently they made a April fools jke claiming they were and that the last ten years had been a comp to find the best vid. They said people had until midnight US time to watch as many vids as they could before everything was deleted. It was on the news and then they come out and say April fool.

Many years ago the radio station in Nowra said HMAS Melbourne (the carrier) was coming up the Shoalhaven River to visit the town, heaps of people turned up to see it........

Default Welding Myths

The Welding Myth about wearing boots is right, all was going good until I had this searing burning pain between the toes as I quickly kicked my thongs off, and dropped the handpiece before I stuck my foot in the truck wash bucket. Was only a quick weld job.

Press stud overalls and you are crouching down, so the gap between the studs is open. Cotton jocks don't offer any protection. Lucky my lunch had plenty of butter on the bread to use as a salve. Still brings tears to my eyes.
