Diffs are probably a 10 spline Dana 25 front and a 19 spline Dana 44 rear both 5.38:1 final drive ratio

The transfer case should be a Dana 18 with 2.46:1

Smile stocker 65 cj6

Just taken custody of an original (re:unrestored) cj6, I'm fairly sure it's a 1965. Stock driveline, f head 134 4 cyl, 3 speed, dana 44, drums etc Did come with the original PTO but no shafts unfortunately. Stock rims and orig bar treads, orig hard canopy and doors..... drives like a demon but the clutch slips a little.....

For mods I think I'll shovel the dirt out of it and paint it, the jeep that is not the dirt!

Talking My Toy

My jeep is a 1942 Ford GPW which I've owned for 9 years.
There isn't much that is orginal on it although it is still lefthand drive & currently still registered in NSW.
When purchased it had a falcon crossflow 6cyl, CJ5 T90 & Dana18, bluebird solid disc rotors on the front & aluminium rollbar.
From the outset I've had a plan that if/when anything required replaceing I would upgrade, so here is it's latest list of mods:-
Front Dana 30 with CJ7 ventilated discs,
Rear Dana 44 with LSD running the bluebird discs off the original front diff with falcon calipers,
Falcon toploader 4 speed,
Shackle reversal on front with custom made springs,
Custom made shackles & perches,
OME shocks & steering damper,
50mm body lift,
Donaldson air filter,
Twin batteries,
Twin jerrycan holder,
Modified rear cross member with pintle hook,
80 litre custom fuel tank,
Aftermarket sports seats on custom made frames,
Ex army tool brackets,
35"x12.5'' MT/R Wranglers on 15''x8'' rims,
2xHella Rallye 2000 & 2x sealed beam driving lights,
9000lb warn winch.
Future mods:-
ARB air compressor & diff lock for the front diff,
Optima drycell batteries,
Improved diff ratios,
Full floating axles for the rear diff,
Canopy & doors,
UHF/CB radios,
Stereo system, &
An ex australian army trailer.
