Default Change of engine conversion regs
Can anyone shed some light on alleged rule changes for engine swaps from June this year. I've heard the changes will prohibit all swaps including:
Chevy into TJ
V6 and V8 into Hilux
HEMI into JK
practically any swap that isn't the original specced motor.
Is this a QLD reg or Aust wide?
I believe the classics ( 25yrs and older ) are exempt.........
Need some answers here..............

I havent heard anything. Check out the department of roads or RTA websites. They may have some news.

I realy hope they're not. All these rules and reg's realy p!ss me off!!!
