Default What did you do to your KJ today?

I haven't seen a thread like this for the KJ here so thought I might start one. Hopefully it will catch on...

I'll start:

I spent the day scrubbing the interior and shampooing the cargo area because it smells of rotten beef . On a camping trip the esky tipped over and spilt all over the cargo area and who knows where else...(this is the 3rd try to get rid of the stink).

As I type my KJ is being fitted with a new windreen......Can't believe that given the outback roads I've driven on around Aus. over the years that I have had my KJ... A garbage truck throws up a missile that I thought was going to take my head off on the M1 about 10k's from home

I am going to cheat a little bit and say what I did today and yesterday but I replaced the standard radio with a new after market one ( I really missed Bluetooth!). I also pulled out the camera in my old car and installed it in the jeep.

The rest of the day has been getting my other car ready for sale and making/researching a shopping list for my kj after meeting and talking to glend (Thanks for showing me around you car I got some good ideas on what to do to mine now).

I probably won't be doing much until I work out my lift kit etc but there is a lot planned

I reckon the stuff I used today worked. Will sniff it again tomorrow, if its still there then I'll give the eucalyptus a go!

I been meaning to get one for a while now but I dont like the idea of a black rubber mat in the cargo area sitting in the sun all day, maybe a grey one?
