Got it from a place in WA. http://www.trailerparts.net.au/shop, the housing is under hubs complete > hubs, keep scrolling down it's close to the bottom.

No tabs to hook the high lift onto it but you could, it's certainly strong enough. I'd use the sliders over the bar though as a precaution.

Steve did you do all this with the ARC Welder? I have no experience welding and wonder which would be easier to use (ARC CIG OR MIG)?

All my metal work is with an ARC, front and rear bars, rock sliders etc. Also built my camper trailer frame with the ARC. A MIG would be easier though but not necessarily better, a MIG weld can look nice without being strong. I find if my welds look good then generally they are strong as well
