Default Grand limited rear diff

Hi there peoples, My daughter has bought a 97 Grand Cherokee limited 4L (for me to fix) I noticed the rear diff pinion seal was leaking and after removing the yoke discovered it had a groove worn into it. I went to the local bearing service who informed me a sleeve was not available for that size.

What have other people done? Are replacements available? who from and how much? (I'm near Bendigo VIC)

I can get a complete 94 Cherokee rear diff, and from what I can find they have the same uni joints and seals. Does anyone know if the yokes are a straight swap?
The diff tags say its a LS with number 52098941 LS / 3.73 5806-4
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks xjdavid, the old yoke has a bad groove right around it unfortunately, thats why I tried to get a speedy sleeve or similar for it. I was even thinking about putting a 2 or 3mm spacer on the new seal to move it out a little! Got a price from the Hervey bay wreckers at $60 plus post so think I'll look around.

A YouTube'r said to put RTV sealant on the spline to avoid it leaking through them, is that the standard practice?
