Am I just crazy or does my 2017 JK Sport have 18" wheels? I got an upgrade pack when I bought the Jeep and the tyres say 255/70R18, but everyone else seems to be talking about 17" rims? Heres a pic of the wheels (from the front - only photo I have!)

God, I'm not the brightest with cars!

The stock size has been 17" since around 2007, but 18" has come on the market recently. So yes, your 2017 has 18" rims, since the R18 means exactly that.

My '08 JKU came with 255/75R17, although most before & after were 245/75R17, since they changed the size, then changed it back again. At the moment I have 265/70R17 tyres on it, though as the 255 are about as rare as hens teeth!

Brilliant. That's what I thought. Now I need to find some decent 18" all terrain tyres. [emoji3]

I went to the Falken Wildpeak AT3W for mine. They do a 265 in 60 or 70 for 18" wheels.

I'm liking them so far.

God I'm bad at replying, sorry! I am more of a lurker than a poster.

Thanks for that! I saw some Monsta Terrain Grippers the other day when I was driving home and they looked awesome! An Aussie brand too I think I read on here.

Will something like this fit a 18" rim without a lift kit? https://www.tyresales.com.au/buy/tyr...12.5r18/150724 that price seems to be good.. maybe I should look for 33" wheels though
