Fester, I flushed with 2 different radiator cleaners, then the CT14, then a full water flush
I am towing my car trailer today about 150 klm, and will recheck when cooled,
Cheers

Hello Fester, would you have a picture of your by pass block ,before you installed it, and i was thinking (if you dont mind) your thaughts of making the water by pass as you have it ,otherwise i think it would create a hot spot in the block, and returning the oil back into the timing case with an oil gallery in the by pass block without the oil cooler, i think it would really benefit it by having an oil cooler fitted, but it may not be neccessary, as the original design was to heat up the oil , not to cool it ..your opinion would be greatly apreciated ..Thanks Rod ..0408759993

I thaught my cooler was good to , until i pressure tested it, remember, oil pressure is greater than water pressure, therefore it needs to be under pressure to test, a vacume test by mouth will not give an accurate outcome ..cheers
