get wooders to sell you the bushes it is not that ard to changem once the arms are out put them in a vive drill the rubber out and knock it through then use a punch to knock out the outer case of the bush drilling some holes in the outer part of the bush on each end makes it a piece of cake.

I have to agree with that, as once you have done the repair you will learn somthing and if you have a tried and tested procedure worked out and the right tools the job should flow. This is a very simple philosophy but really does resonate with me ......HALF THE BATTLE IS JUST KNOWING WHAT TO DO!
