right , sleeve is in , seal is in , oh frick I forgot to cut the edge and peel out the sdge of the sleeve ! soo stuff it im leaving it in the bastard (not that one could peel out anyway) could not find my dam high temp silly cone , so I had to use my grey crap ,
now all I got to do is place the box back....................... if it leaks again after this im gonna set the bastard on fire and lay down in it ! ....well not really I will not lay down inside it LOL .
I hope the edge doesn't allow the seal to run too dry , , but looks enough room to let oil through , just that it might work like a shield , but oil should still get there (ill have to go up some steep hills) Now I am going to rest wash myself down , have a coffee and listen to the wife trying to learn piano , and later sleep to the tune of her nagging and Isaac bitching
WHERES MY T SHIRT JIMMY?

two days gone and only just got to bolt up the cross member , I got to try and dig some other flange bolts and nuts as the ones on it are a bit knackered . did the starter today found the one in it was a bit out (aftermarket crap) as the top alloy bolt hole was screwed , and the other two I had were different lengths so the spare two I had to strip for parts , the one that was in it had the buggered thread and the solenoid plastic was moving around loose as , its plastic (not rubber) was ripped and out of shape allowing dirt and stuff into the starter.
just one of the cheap nasty aftermarket ones , bet it was made in hong kong !!!
