Default Long weekend lift kit

Used the long weekend to install a 2" rough country lift before I get new tires.

The back went smoothly, front was another story. After a broken bolt and striped tread I managed to finish on Sunday arvo.

The wheel arches look a bit empty now, hopefully some new tires will look much better. I'd say the lift was closer to 3 inches.

Was sick of taking the lower front apron off to go bush, and then looking like a redneck around the suburbs, so I cut the damn thing back.

That looks great! I've gone with the Redneck method as I took mine off and never refitted, might try and find it in the shed and do the same as you've done.

Thanks!

It took a couple of goes to get it right I must say, but in the last attempt I ran a strip of 3/4" masking tape down the inside and followed the tape with the tin snips. Then a bit of a hit with the file and some sandpaper, and you're done!
