Coffs Harbour Jeep know about the latest update, give them a phone call & ask them to fax a copy to Emanuele Bros on your behalf or PM bjm maybe he has a number you can call to get the details to your dealer.

Four weeks on and no problems with mine now . I don't often use low 4x4 but it's nice to know it's there if I need it.

HI Redbaron57,
Having dealt with 3 Jeep dealers and FC in the last year I could write a book on how FC and the dealers have tried to pass the buck,know nothing etc etc,about the N23 problem.To get the ball rolling ring up FC CUSTOMER SERVICE and register your N23 problem and complaint.ASAP.Ask the dealer for the name of the area FC Jeep rep and ring him.I found as I have often said being nice didn't always work !! If you want a copy of the letter of demand I sent FC let me know. Remember this problem is /was caused by FC.They legally have to fix it.As Clarky said ring Jeep in Coffs Harbour they were great in fixing mine.Fingers crossed.I suggest the service manager you dealt with is lying about never receiving dealer bulletin N23 info from FC.

Sensible advice - Thanks!
Thanks gents for your eminently sensible advice. When I am home next week I shall get onto the Coffs Harbour mob and FC customer Service as you have suggested. Eventually the need for honesty to avoid exposure may sink through the thick skulls in the service organisations; or perhaps swine will aviate!

Hi guys i sent my jeep in yesterday to have the latest update at brighton jeep in victoria service i got was a joke they got no codes so didn't even attempt to flash charged me $143 for the privilege and told me glow plugs need doing. Emailed customer service and in the middle of finding out what is to be done they have already replied asking for VIN so fingers crossed they come to the party.
