For those who are interested I found the details on the differences between MB229.51 and MS11106 standards:
MS-11106 compared to MB 229.51:
sulfur content limit. <0.2% vs 0.3%
Sulphated ash content <0.8% vs 0.8%
Phosphorous content <0.08% vs 0.09%
Chlorine content limit. <0.005% vs 0.015%
Pour Point requirement. -36C vs (I couldn't find the spec for this in the MB229.51 standard)
MS-11106 has stricter limits on Foam Tendencies tests (I couldn't find the spec for this in the MB229.51 standard)
MS-11106 has an additional ASTM D6335 test for High Temp Deposits 30mg max
MS-11106 has an additional ASTM D7097 test for Medium High Temperature Deposits(TEOST) 25mg max
