I haven't filled up yet, its been too hot to go out! But when I told Maddington Jeep about the fuel fill problem they seemed to know about it and according to my workshop sheet they fixed it as per the TSB from Jeep. I will report back when I have filled up but it sounds like I have had the valve fix the same as everyone else.

Given that Jeep have a TSB for it at least we know its being taken seriously. If I still have a problem I will certainly be taking it back.

thanks mate, the first fill usually works but quite often by the second or third the problem returns, as it did on mine. just interested to see how it goes. good luck, we deserve it. my tank goes in on the 18th, so i'm getting real excited!!!!!!

dave from all my earlier posts you won't believe i could say this. but if you had the job done at maddington you have the best blokes i know of. they are real human beings in the parts and service dept. i have been there a few times over the years and have bought a few parts off them, rung for advice, and occasionaly while in there just stopped and had a yack about jeeps and cars in general. they totally try to be helpful and while they can't give cheap parts or cheap labour which is controlled by the management, they do make every effort to help. so there you have it. davidd giving a dealer a wrap. god luck.
