6.5 iron rock lift, there 33" federal courage mt, tad noisy but doesn't worry me

Post One wheel was grinding so...

Started replacing some worn unit bearings, ball joints and steering damper this arvo...



Everything was going super smoothly...

Pulled out the first front axle and uh oh

Dirty oil gunk on the splines

Sooo I turned the garage lights off, locked up...and most likely not going out in the WG this weekend now

I changed my diff oil soon after I bought it, so i know it's not like that!

I think I've pinpointed exactly when it sucked in water.

Between the time i checked the oil level after I noticed it leaking a few times...and last night.



This is the only time water was tyre top deep this year.

I'll pull it all out and clean it tonight
