New maps would be great fix. Is the back button on dash for navigation? Ive only ever had the latest sofware installed and wondered what this buttons function is. Read somewhere its for nav but doesnt do squat for me except mess with my mind

It’s a general back menu button, so wherever you are in the uconnect it takes you back a screen

It actually does work i treid all options so it takes ya back out of setting screen and nav screens but not by way of radio or media climate or phone so it seams it has some functions back but not all from certain areas or all from the ones it works on like the nav itll work there between options but not when you get into some areas you have to use touch arrow. Well thats how mine is thoight id share the info.

An update to this long living thread. In March this year an update came available to the dealer, though seems they are the only ones that got it and my nav fault is finally fixed. Only took 2.5 years...
