I installed the strut with only the 20mm spacer as per the diagram (standard height) with Lovells H/D 2"springs. I didn't use the additional 10mm spacer.
According to the instructions the way I did it should have given me a 2" lift not the 3+ I got.
It rides quite firm. I will over the next few days swap out the 20mm spacer for the 10mm one, this should take an inch or so out and soften the ride (I hope).
If it settles over time I can always swap the 10 back to the 20.
