i saw it the other day..
i thought it was an absolute waste of time...
if you are totally in love with Will Smith... then you will have a ball with the first 3/4 of movie...
However, Hollywood has missed the plot again... trying to fit 100 minutes of actions in a film that could have been done in half of time with more substance.
the jumping back and forth from present and past gives a good indication of who he was, but i think they should have gone a bit further developing the character, how people come to know of him, why he was amune... etc...
they could have gone deeper into his mental state, i think that would have been more interesting then screaming bald men...
ending was another shocker... the 52 states of the world saves the human race, again...
im hoping the 2 previous makes are better, but 'i am legend' is no different, not more exciting, no more action, to '28 days/weeks later'.
as Hollywood movies go, its a movie, it will entertain you for 2 hours, makes lots of money, makes you jump, maybe twice at the most, reassure the world that USA is still important to the world/human race... and kids loves it...
