mate, i wouldn't bother complaining to the dealer. by installing the lift the suspension is no longer standard and you have voided your front end warranty. it's a thing you have to accept when you install mods. wooders knows far more about this stuff than me and i can only agree and support everything he has said in the previous post.

J..
I was getting some nasty DW when I first got my Jeep.
Replaced the stock Steering Dampner with a Rancho jobbie and problem has been masked nicely.
I say masked as you can still feel it wobble slightly every now and then, and there is obviously something else out of whack. But it's not throwing me over to the other side of the road like it was.
been going strong now on the new dampner for close to 40,000k

Darnit! You lifted it and this put the suspension geometry out of whack from standard. Who would have thunk it?

All of the above.
You need to change your attitude, (cool down)
The dealer will warrant a claim if it is warrantable. But as previously said, it is probably something else, possibly due to a modification.
Consult the people who installed the lift.

J, already been through your predicament, you got to stay calm with dealer because ultimately you hav modded you Jk and really they dont have to do shit.
How many Km's have you got on your JK ? do you have aftermarket upper control arms ? change your castor if you do ?
If you dont, then go to a wheel alignment guy and get some Tow out instead of tow in, 3mm total(1.5mm aside) ' and come back to us. I have 104,000kms on a stock JK and there isn't enough load on the front tyre, bit like a bad shopping trolley type of thing. You have only had 2 weeks of DW, I had bloody 8mths with over a dozen attempts to fix !!! Also get a tyre balance done aswell as I had a dinted rim that also contributed.
