Only if it is called a "Meat Pie". Now that does not mean that it has to have a lot of meat in it. What it means is 30% of the pies weight has to be made up of meat and 15% of that 30% can be fat. So the protein content can be very low. Funny thing is some bakeries get fined for not having enough meat in their pies.

Took my new 'van up to Rainbow Beach over chrissy and on the way nearly got bowled twice by total idiots not seeing my blinkers and/or not looking ahead and seeing I was quickly running out of left lane. No lie, 'left lane ends' ,indicate with at least 4 blinks, car and boat trailer decide to come past. I had no road left and had to pull out and got beeped for my effort. I gave him the finger.

Hey Billnick !!
I know what you mean. Towing boat= idiot
We get the Melbourne boat mobs on the highway this time of the year near here.
There are plenty of people towing vans as well. The ones towing vans may be slow but generally they do their best to keep well over & let people pass.
I have just ordered one of those cheap car cams that film when you are driving.
Give it a month or so & I will start pestering the local cops with footage.
. I regularly see one of them doing the wrong thing.

Reconstituted animal protein = meat. The pie "meat" comes in a 20 kg paper bag as a granule/powder.
Remember the Chum pet food with the "meaty chunks" ~ they had no meat, just had to have the appearance of meat.
Kraft have their " individually wrapped slices" ~ they cant call them cheese slices as there is not enough cheese in them. Calling them "water/thickener slices" doesnt sound as nice.
