First impressions of the BFGoodrich tyres: Very impressed with the on road manners. Very quite and comfortable. Comfort doesn't really matter to me that much, but it's a nice bonus!

Feel the power loss, its absolutely fine to drive like grandma, but don't feel the torque like before. The 3.8l is torqy in the 2 door normally.

Probably gonna go to Glass House Mountains this weekend and test it offroad. I need to be careful tho. No mods have been done yet to support the 35s. Need to be careful that I don't rub on the flares at full flex. The gear problem will be fine in 4l I guess. I will treat it gently, no crazy action (I hope ^^)

Regearing is gonna happen probably next Week and if not, latest the week after.

Here are some pics, how far the tyres stick out of the standard flares. I think its fine, I don't need aftermarket flares. That was my goal.

Kam, I'm glad for you. You took a risk and it paid off. What is the backspace on those wheels, 5.5"?

If so then 5.5" backspace + KM2 = Under stock flares!

My dream is to go to 35's as well but I can't afford the regearing!

Tested out the 35s on the weekend, was good fun. No need for new bumbstops, everything fits nicely.

Going to regear with Stu (Murchinson Pr.) next week and throwing front and rear ARB Diff Covers on it as well.

Looks great mate - I took my new 2.5" AEV lift for a wheel around Glasshouse on Sat (JKU Petrol) and must say was very impressed.

Where did you get your wheels from?

Do you mean the rims or the tyres?
