Mind if I disagree?
This is my opinion only and I'm not a mechanic so feel free to disagree with me but..............
A high flow impeller in a stock or stockish cooling set-up is a waste of time. The system doesn't need higher/faster flow. Less time in the block is less time in the radiator. Having said that, a high flow impeller with a restrictor to flow can be used to maintain normal flow, but create greater pressure differential between the block and the radiator. That can be a good idea and has merit. But without the restrictor, I don't think there is anything to be gained in cooling performance.
If my car was overheating then I would check my waterpump, thermo and so on. If OK, then repair or replace the device that does the cooling. Since you can't repair the stock radiator, replace it with an adrad. It doesn't need to be leaking to be failing.
So, if your coolant is flowing (functioning impeller, funtioning thermostat and patent hoses), then I think your first option would be a new radiator with a block and heater core flush.
Second: electric fans as they are just an assistant to the radiator.
Third: water pump. But only if your existing one is failing. If it's not broken don't fix it.
Just my thoughts.
