Check the holley sniper facebook groups for the never ending complaints from owners who cant get there system to run. There are many who have had good luck with this system but heaps who dont. I had my sniper installed by a mechanic & auto electrician & it has never ran properly, the most common complaints are from emi & rfi issues which can apparently be remedied by installing heaps of good ground wires. Some things they dont tell you other than its a simple plug & play system is that your alternater may need to be replaced with a more powerful unit, probably need a bigger battery, fuel tank probably not suited for EFI no baffles & pick up tube in the sender too small. Mine will start really easy even after a couple of months just wont make it out of town. If you want full timing control you will need to buy there distributer, coil & ignition module. People report that they had the system running well untill they decided to install the hyperspark distributer then plagued with rfi. Mine is currently wrapped in alfoil to try & block the electrical interference. I have spent around $5000 on parts alone still not going properly & have a new carby & distributer for another engine that I will probably install on this one shortly.

Hi
If you must go with efi BJs Offroad in the USA did do a efi conversion , it was a Gm modified kit. They specialize in all FSJs and ship to Australia. have used them for years and have never been ripped off. Helpful.
l have had trouble with one other major supplier over there that only deals in FSJs and it took over 2 years to get my parts. Only when I accused them of working for the Taliban and sent hundreds of emails per day did they get scared of their security agencies and answered my emails and supplied the paid for parts eventually.
But at least it worked.

Email BJs and ask for advice as they supply and know lots bout these old girls.

If you're set on Fri I'd recommend the atomic (MSD brand). The old version is getting run out cheap and I believe there's a lot to be said about a booster based delivery system for a daily driver/std motor.

Bottom rung fitech would suffice, but personally I'd recommend a summit 600cfm or Edelbrock carburetor and electric pump conversion for your use.

Electric pump so you can prime the fuel system if it sits for a while. Had good luck with Carter style pumps or submersion pumps.
