That's true Wally, Hunty you're going to have to weld that bracket on or it will try to rotate on the axle. It only has the force of the original bracket remains against the DBOR bracket holding it in place. In may hold it for a while but the junk below the DBOR bracket will eventually collapse. My 2c.

Looks almost the same as the one I picked up at Supercheap Auto for bout $25 (thanks for the heads up Kimmeh). Its looks like about 1mm expanded aluminium, painted either red or black or natural silver.
