Default KK Fender Flares

I'm on the hunt for some flares to replace the stock plastic ones or build them out. My new wheel off set is slinging mud all over the car at the slightest opportunity so I'm worried about paint chipping from small rocks etc.

Thinking these might be an option.

Ive not seen any flares made for the KK , i have looked too.
the "universal" type of rubber flares/ extentions should work for your setup and these can be had at Autobarn or Supacheap.

Just found this vi; Mopar have done something in the KL 2014 with a concept car.

Maybe the KKs flares could be extended like this.

Watching that was just irritating, the KK really missed out on the sort of custom design efforts made for the earlier and now later model Cherokees. Mopar fits 33.5" tyres on a KL, WTF! [emoji36]

The KK looks like a beast in comparison, but yeah I agree.
Something I keep meaning to look into is the Commander, really only because it looks like a long wheel base version. And I noticed some guys in the states putting its 4.7L throttle body on the KK. So I was thinking what else could be transferable. Or more to the point why can't other things be transferable like this http://www.wolf4x4.com.au/exterior/s...-commander-v6-
