Nitto Trail Grappler MTs in 295/70X17 on stock rims. I had Fox remote shocks with a 3" lift from DBOR, but the shocks leaked like crazy within a few months and cost a bomb to fix (plus I moved state so forget warranty). The springs are still good, so I've fitted custom Superior Engineering adjustable remote shocks now and I'm real happy. The 33" tyres don't rub even at full flex with the sway-bar disconnected - I've modified the upper spring seats in the front for clearance which you can see if you look carefully in the pic. I also have airbags in the back for carrying loads, but haven't needed them really. The only downside of any of this is that the gearing is quite tall with the 33"s for gnarly stuff, so I find I use low range earlier than I'd like. But cruising on the highway is awesome! And like all JKs, off road capability is mind boggling.

How do you find the SE shocks? Soft? Firm? They look the goods.

Boris, the Superior Shocks (profender shock branded for them) can be valved dependant on your setup. They can be revalved and rebuilt as needed. We set them up off the weight of the Jeep and went from there. I got to test the first set in my Jeep a while ago, still running them at the moment and still happy with them, but they are getting replaced for coil overs shortly.

I like the idea of custom valve. I find my TeraFlex falcon 3.3 a little firm, even on soft setting.
