I'm already taking him to Court and hope others will too. Its the only way to shut him down permanently before he rips other people off. I'm now just waiting on a Hearing date as he has officially been served.

I take him to Court this week (Thursday). Given its an uncontested hearing (he didn't bother to respond back to my Initial Application and the the Tribunal) I suspect he will be issued with an order to pay. Will provide an update after the hearing on Thursday

it was through PoliPay... thats what hes using on his site... Gonna give them a call this arvo after work... Bit concerned that Ive heard he gets his stuff from alibaba or aliexpress... Dont want a knock off AEV lift..

Being where you are, you are better of going through Murchison Products for anything AEV. They are an authorised distributor.
