Being a builder, I use our structural steel guys to fabricate stuff like that .

I've been going through a similar thing with me winch, i fabbed up my own interim bracket and found a mate to help me out, but i found you can eaither find something and modify it to suit or bite the bullet and get something custom made mostly as a considerable expense for something one off, what exactly is the issue, most of us jeep guys are pretty handy
I think it could be made out of some type of steel tube. But... I'm an office worker and don't have those skills. Need to hold about 25kg. The original part is plastic.
Thanks for the help guys. Roof rack has been out of action for months due to this part been missing. I'll give your suggestions a go and hopefully get it sorted out soon.
