Well, finally gettin there
The original head had two large cracks, nearly all the way around the exhaust valve port and across into the intake port. Cyl no. 2 and cyl no. 5...
No wonder it ran rough
Got a new head all cleaned up and installed that today.. woooohoooo!!
Should be on the road again on Sunday.
Managed to get a new fan clutch too, so that means everything is new now. Should be no more temperature gremlins (
touch wood)
