OK Slinging match over. You abviously have an understanding of how business works being an accountant and all. Many people have unsuccesfull business ventures in there life. I am talking about someone being crusified by the public that once thought he was all things Jeep cause his business has gone under. Thats not right. I run a small business employ 1/2 dozen ppl actively market my business to ty to grow it. Always buying new equipment offering different products to stay ahead of my competition. That is not easy. He has most to gain when things go well have most to lose when things go bad. Risk versus reward. Dont think Mark is getting off scott free. Times up . Ding Ding!!

i don't think that anyone in this thred has spoken ill of anyone but the owner. The staff of Suburban that actully worked with the tools are an awsome bunch of guys and the combined specialist skills pool was an admirable one. You might also find that people that have issues with the owner had them well before it's closure. Some people are also aware of circumstances that have not been made public (atleast here) which indeed make the owner look like a right grass is green, sky is blue thing......

I really feel for everyone but the owner and wish them all the best in future endevours and i will support them however possible.

100% agree with you bobcatrowe I have nt purchased anything from suburban aswell but recieved good advice from Troy, Hope you get back to business soon weather you you venture on your own or for someone else.

Fair enough. In all honesty, i think these negative reactions are from people who (mostly) no longer have warranties on their work done or parts purchased and feel that the warranty was part of the deal.
I think we've all had our rants (myself included), so lets just find other importers / suppliers and workshops and move on.
If Troy starts something up, im sure he'll get a lot of support from the ppl here.
Oh, and if you all find a good place for parts, repairs, and import stuff, pls let the forum know.
Damn I was thinking about buying one of their trailers.............
