Maxy, I was told recently a Bommodore VL V8 radiator will fit right in, and its alloy too, so better heat transfer. And they're (apparently) only $195 from Holden, new.
Was talking to a guy who did just that, in his FSJ.
Maybe look at that and let us know if its the case...........

Thanks Richo, I ended up ordering from Rustys Offroad in the US, around $500 aussie dollars delivered. Hopefully it will arrive this week.

Well the radiator finally arrived from the US, I ordered the one for a 360 V8 as it is a 3 core and was only $1 more than the 2 core for the 258 motor. Only problem is it dosnt fit and it will need some pretty major surgery to make it fit. So looks like it will be going in the for sale section. So if any of you guys need a new radiator for your FSJ 360 I got a new one going cheap.

Try Greg Close at Lemon Tree Passage, was speaking to a fellow J20er just the other day that had one made and was rapt....Planning to order mine from him as soon as my J20 is ready too (and already waiting on one for our CJ8 ).

Thanks Wooders, If I dont find any good local radiator shops I will give him a call. Looks like I found out the that the 258 J20 radiator support mounting is smaller than that of the 360 J20.
