Default Selecting a Crawler Servo

The servo on my RC crawler is rubbish - completely lacking any balls.
Been trying to find one to suit - but there's HEAPs out there and it's a little difficult to compare. I am not thinking anything expensive.
At this stage I am considering the MG-995....cheap & all reports siggest strong servo.....any feedback/recommendations??

Wooders anything from around 18-20kg onwards is recommended for decent crawlers with anything over 2.2 tyres. Also if you've got a crawler with heaps of metal drag links / steering parts you'd want the best one possible as there's no give. I use a Hitec 24kg Titanium Digital. I went through cheaper 2 servo's before realising like anything in life, if you want decent quality, strength and something to last, you need to shell out the clams for it................

Hey Wooders, don't touch Towerpro or Hextronic servos they are powerful but total rubbish. Stick with Hitec, Futaba, Sanwa, Ace etc. I've had the cheapies, had them fail & break and read plenty of reports of plenty of others falling prey to these nasty servos.

Grabbed a 16kg one myself. You will find you need a metal arm for it now, as it will chew out the plastic one.
