NicNac, at least 4 ppl have asked if you had your mirrors relocated & you haven't answered - that is the crux of the entire matter. If you did they can't ping you, if you didn't then they can & did (the right thing).

i have had no problem with doors off and that in redcliffe of all places , mirror relocation is a must mate i have been pulled over but after a quick explanation theyre on there merry way

yeah i dont have the brackets i understand where you all are coming from but the cop never ask'd anything about having mirrors... i have been looking at getting them but i work a hell of alot an i do night shift so it does make it so hard but i will be keeping the doors on for a while till i get some written doc's to prove you can take them off thanks everyone with all your help

yeah but thatswhy i ask the questions though cause not once the cop asked about the mirrors though i was speaking to him for about half an hour about it an not once he ask'd about the mirrors i do think i should have show'd him the stickers on the car aswell like i spoke to main roads about it an they were ok with it as long as it didnt say it was for off road use only in your owner's manual
