Mate, use Penrite 140 diff oil or similar. It is nice and thick and handle loads well. And for the amount of oil a TJ diff takes .......it is not expensive......

Cheers fellas pinion bearings shot so i replaced the carriers while i was goin all good now what a shit fight getting the right ones though
