I used to fly FPV with headset a few years back when we built our own.
Current rules do not permit the use of Headsets on any commercial work.
The pilot must have line of site at all times.
That said I still like FPv - Id like to HDMI to my laptop though for better viewing.

There's that dirty "commercial" word again haha
What happened to the new rule they where working on about under 2kg being license free for commercial class ? heard anything ?
BTW , I'm the Fatshark/IRC repairs guy for AU/NZ

Here's a video of the Work Trip, cough, cough ... we did in June up to Fraser Island for a week of flying and camping with both my bosses
Only had the Pajero at that stage , can you guess how I got into buying a JEEP from that trip haha.

The commercial rules only apply when you are making money.
I think CASA still require LOS no matter what. With a 2klm range on the P3p that rule could be easily broken.
In time these things will become highly regulated - thats wgy we got accredited now.

Here is another video, reviewing J.W. Speaker 8700 Evolution J

I just got my new J.W Speaker Evolution J and was blown away by the light output. Worth every cent and legal in Australia.

I also made a little Install / Review video, just uploaded it. Check it out:
