Here some of the guys will hit you with it over the ipits, but if everything else is okay they let it slide by if you have re-geared the speedo.

Pulled the transfercase today. Looks easy on paper but a couple of the nuts on the 6 studs that hold it too the transmission are a right pain to get too. Later in the week I'll put the replacement in, it's gotta be easier now I have a method

Took her for a spin at the Watagans on tracks it shouldnt of gone on and damaged something, just dont know.....

Pops out of all 4WD modes underload, I think the gear that slides on the main shaft and engages the centre diff is stripped along the edges or is damaged along with the gears it engages on. Once I get the replacement in I'll pull apart the old one and have a look.

Actually they weren't too bad, reached across from the opposite side to get those, the second one up on the drivers side was a pain, not enough room for a socket and a straight spanner would hit the exhaust or floor etc. Luckily I have a set of those banana shaped spanners
